Boundaries – Mondays
Christians often focus so much on being loving and giving that they forget their own limits and limitations. Dr.’s Cloud and Townsend give biblically based answers to setting healthy boundaries with family, friends, co-workers, and even yourself. The goal of this class is to “understand when to say yes, how to say no, to take control of your life.”
Taught by Shirley and Doug Goodman, the class takes place on Monday evenings at Koina Cafe, from 6:30-8:00pm. This new series begins January 23. There is no charge for this class, though a book is recommended. You can order one from Amazon.com. We will also have a few books available at the first meeting for purchase for $15.00.
