We are heading up to what the students like to call the Black Canyon Oasis!

Fall Revival was a huge success and we received great feedback from our students…in response we have decided to host this event bi annually both in Spring and Fall.  Attached is all the information you will need as a parent including:  a release form, deposit form and a list of what to bring.

The cost to attend is $50.  However, if they bring a friend it’s $50 as well.  ($25/per)

We have a flurry of guest speakers and we also will have a student band from Arizona Christian University coming as well!!  Our theme is ONE based on One Lord, One Faith and One Baptism [Ephesians 4:5].  It’s sure to be an amazing weekend, take this opportunity to get your kids out of the house…send them to Spring Revival!

Each topic is broken into two sessions:
“Tale of Two Brains”
In this comical and informative session Mark shows couples how many of their problems are the result of how Men and Women THINK about life.  He shows how most struggles in marriage are not the result of a HEART problem, but a HEAD problem.

“The #1 Key to Incredible Sex”
In this session, Mark shows the importance of sex in marriage while incredibly funny, Mark shows how the sexual messages of our culture are fundamentally flawed at best and destructive at worst.  He then shows steps they can take to achieving a great and healthy sex life, ending with the #1 Key to Incredible Sex.

“Why Does He/She Do That!?”
Mark Shows how to discover the true reason why their spouse does what he or she does.  A great “stress reducer.”

“How to Stay Married and NOT Kill Anybody”
In this final session, Mark shows how to avoid building resentment in your marriage and the key to staying married for a life time.

Celebrate Recovery is designed as a program to help those struggling with hurts, habits, and hang-ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process.

Celebrate Recovery covers a wide range of life issues including: anger, chemical dependency, codependency, eating disorders, pornography/sexual addiction, and other life issues.

Monday: Let’s believe God for a revival and breakthrough in own lives, that our passion for Christ and His cause will increase. Pray that His desires become our desires. Confess any sin and renew commitments as needed. Lamentations 3:22-23, I John 1:9, James 4: 4-10 EXTRA: Ask God if there is something He’d like you to give up this week so you can focus more on him.

Tuesday: Pray for The Crossroads ministry efforts to have maximum impact, as led by the Holy Spirit in 2012. Direct prayer focus in Family & Student Ministries / Outreach / Worship & Teaching / Groups / Men & Womens lives -  Ephesians 4:1-3, 20-31
EXTRA: Pray also for the people, staff, pastors & ministries of The Crossroads

Wednesday: Our family, loved ones and neighbors. Pray that we will allow God’s plan to be accomplish in our lives and we will be a light to those we impact daily. Pray for boldness in our lives to share His light, love, and gospel.  Isaiah 29:14-23, Phil. 4:6-7
EXTRA: Go for a walk and pray for the salvation and needs of your neighbors.

Thursday: Be Still in God’s presence. Instead of asking for things today – take time to listen.Psalm 46:10, Isaiah 40:12-31
EXTRA: Listen to your favorite worship song and sing it loud, proud and from your heart.

Friday: Lift in prayer our city, state, nation & world … and it’s leaders. Pray for our government official, public servants, and those in our military.  Pick an area of the world, as you feel led, and pray that people would be bold to spread His word & life. Pray for Manta, Equador that the church in Las Lagunes, pastors Julio and Adele, and people to experience great favor from God as they teach, train and build God’s Kingdom there.  This would also be a good time to pray for Compassion International and sponsored children in the Manta area.  2 Chronicles 7:14, Romans 13, James 1:27
EXTRA: Pray that The Crossroads will a premiere disciple making church in the Northwest Valley and whose influence will impact our community, state, nation, and world.

Saturday: Pray, as Jesus prayed, for the body of Christ world-wide, that we would become one in Him. Also, Pray for persecuted believers around the world. John 17 EXTRA: Ask God for His kingdom to come and will be done on earth as it is in heaven!

Sunday: Spend time giving thanks and worshiping God for who He is. Also, pray that our First Responders and families experience the love of Jesus today through our community outreach. Hope you can join us at 12:30 pm – Anthem Community Park.
